2. Sample Product Delivery
Hasanayu Cosmeticssends product samples to clients. The trial stage of this sample product is free of revision up to 3 times, lasting 14 - 60 working days.
3. Sample Approval
The client makes a decision toHasanayu Cosmetics from several product samples that have been tested. Clients are expected to decide within a maximum of 7 working days.
4. Quotation Offer
Hasanayu Cosmetics will send a quotation offer, listing product prices that have been selected from several samples. This will take a maximum of 7 working days.
5. Quotation Approval
Offers made by Hasanayu Cosmetics to clients are processed within a maximum of 7 working days.
6. Brand Registration
Hasanayu Cosmetics registers the client's brand to The National Agency of Drug and Food Control (NA-DFC) within a maximum of 14 working days.
7. Stability Test
A stability test (Stability testing) or also known as Shelf Life Testing will be conducted by Hasanayu Cosmetics. This stage determines the "best before" or "expiry date" date. The stability test period is carried out up to 90 working days.
8. Product Registration
The client's products with then be registered to The National Agency of Drug and Food Control (NA-DFC) within a maximum of 14 working days.
9. MOU Agreement
To reach a mutual agreement between Hasanayu Cosmetics and the client, a written MOU agreement is made in a maximum of 7 working days.
10. Production Down Payment
The client provides an advanced payment as a sign of binding cooperation for a maximum production stage within 7 working days.
11. Final Payment
Clients will then pay off production costs before the product's delivery within a maximum of 7 working days.
12. Microbial Test
The production product samples will be sent to a certified lab for microbial testing and test results will take up to a maximum of 14 working days
